My wife loved the food which indeed it has very quaility standards, but for 5 days staying, I guess more diversity of dishes during lunch it would be a plus.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.

Just returned from Grand Resort Jermuk and WOW - this place exceeded every expectation! The thermal spa facilities are world-class, the mountain views are breathtaking, and the service is impeccable. Special shoutout to Lusine, Qnarik, and Shushanik - these incredible staff members made our stay absolutely perfect with their warmth and professionalism! Rooms are luxurious with gorgeous Armenian design touches. The mineral water treatments left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Location is perfect for exploring Jermuk's natural beauty. Already planning my return trip - this is Armenian hospitality at its absolute finest! Everything was fine except breakfast buffet. Hot food was cold. I highly recommend to get equipment to keep hot food warm. After all, it’s not safe to serve hot food at room temperature. I’m a restaurant owner and I know what I’m talking about. Cold food should be stored at 3 degrees Celsius & the hot food should be stored at 60 degrees Celsius.

Suite is very big , view is fantastic staff is friendly, breakfast and Dinner is very rich and they keep changing the dishes , Pool is memorable, location near the lake and mineral water was fantastic

Hotel is still not arab Friendly in term of Toilet and washing , buffet does not indicate the pork meat , Taxi service ( except private Hotel Taxi ) is not available , house keeping is having limited narrow time , the Fridge and locker are kept together in one cabinet without ventilation and this can risk and sensitive equipment due to heat coming from fridge

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom facilities and amenities were excellent.

It had everything, well renovated, very tidy. Nice location.

The breakfasts were 7 or 8 out of 10.The pool wasn’t very spacious, also 7 out of 10. But my kids still enjoyed it

Great rooms like 5 stars hotels .. sofa bed os very big and comfortable.. the room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.. big swimming pool and big jacuzzi

The dinner buffet was below my expectations but the pizza we ordered at room was amazing

Taking a walk around the resort in the evening was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of the trip.The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which added a warm touch to the overall experience.Breakfast was also very good, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day right.Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Jermuk with excellent service.

The location is great, food is great, spa is great! We loved every bit of our stay and can’t wait to return!

I had a great stay at Grand Resort Jermuk. The location was perfect—right in the middle of a beautiful garden in the heart of Jermuk, ideal for peaceful walks and enjoying the amazing nature all around. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

The food options included in all inclusive package were limited and lacked variety. I can’t say exactly what should be added or removed, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Food was excellent as well as staff.

Strange tasting coffee was suggested in a huge can for breakfast. Not good. The normal one is availble at the bar but you have to pay for it extra. Interestingly, they have a modern nice-looking coffee machine in the dining hall, but it is used for decoration only.

One of the best price for value we have ever been. There is a large parking place in front of the hotel. The room is large and very comfortable with everything included (sampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, shoe cleaning sponge, tee, coffe, minibar, etc). The hotel had a good breakfast, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool. We got also some medical treatment for free (circular shower, paraffin for hands, aromatherapy, salt room, yoga, etc). There are thermal water wells (30-55 Celsius degrees) behind the hotel.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with large variety. SPA is nice and large variety of treatments in a very affordable price. Location is superb!

The view is breathtaking. Their service is amazing. I told the receptionist that I had a long trip and we had the fastest check in ever. A very luxurious hotel with great service beautiful breathtaking mountains-lake view. The spas package offered free along with your booking is great too.

I loved everything here!!! It's close to Water Galleries( just next to it); surroundded by very nice park. The food was diverse and healthy. The staff was Amazing!!! very friendly and ready to provide every information you need. they helped us by organizing an offroad trip to Gndevanq and the Waterfall, we also had a very beautiful birthday party.
